Friday, Feb. 10th
We’ll be hosting Monica Squitieri at our San Francisco shop (275 6th Ave.) for a pre-Valentine’s Day trunk show! All of Monica’s designs are inspired by her favorite places in California. She’ll be bringing lots of new pieces we haven’t seen in person yet and lots of amethyst, February’s birthstone.
Ladies, treat yourSELF to a special piece that makes you happy.
We are happy to announce that will be hosting Marlee from Have Company in our Oakland shop starting today, Wednesday, Jan. 25th through Friday, Feb. 24th!
Marlee stocks books, zines, tarot cards and more. Have Company is dedicated to providing space in many ways – for voices in the writings she offers and in person. If you already love what we have at Foggy Notion, you will absolutely love Marlee’s offerings as well.
Marlee moved to Oakland from Grand Rapids last summer, where Have Company was a brick and mortar shop that hosted events, workshops, performances, and more. We are proud to be her first physical space in California in this small way…so let’s welcome her warmly!
You’re invited to stop by for tea or just sit and chat during Marlee’s open hours of Weds. – Fri. from 11-7, and her goods will be available Saturdays and Sundays during our usual hours as well.
Marlee will also be present on Sunday, Feb. 12th during our monthly Macarthur Annex Second Sundays event.
Join us on Friday, November 18th from 6-9 p.m. for the Grand Opening of Foggy Notion at Macarthur Annex, a place for retail, food, art, design, & more.
644 40th St. @ MLK – half a block from the Macarthur BART Station

Vicky Salcido-Cobbe strives to live her life with purpose and joy. After years of depression, chronic illness, and self-destructive habits, her life changed in an instant when a clinician offered her a bottle of herbal extract as medicine in 2009. Since then, she has been amazed time & time again by the effectiveness and power of nature’s medicine. She is the hedge-witch behind Grandmother’s Medicine, a small-scale herbal apothecary that uses herbs grown or wild-harvested by her hands or by small farmers local to her in Northern California.
